Customer-Care Chat


Your company can have Online-Customer-Support-Chat system to support/troubleshoot your customers. Your company website will have an additional link for this Online-Chat-Support, and this link will take your customers for a chat-session with your specified customer-support-representatives.

Features:
 - Administrator will be able to create/edit/delete Departments and its Customer Supports (employees).
 - Administrator will be able to assign login name and password to each Customer Support.
 - More than One Customer Support will be able to assist the customers.
 - Each Customer Support will be able to assist maximum of Three Customers Simultaneously.
 - When no Customer Support is available, customers will be able to email their questions, from the same page.
 - Customer Support can transfer the on-going session to another Customer Support, if necessary.
 - Facility to save the chat-session messages.
 - Reports for Customer Support Attendance, search through saved session chat messages.
 - Each Customer Support will be able to update the FAQ html page.
 - Administrator will be able to watch the status of 'Customer Supports' during support.

Any other new features can also be added as per your request.
